eggs (about 2 per person per serving)
flour tortillas
picante sauce
hash brown potatoes
Preparation

Brown sausage in heavy skillet; drain.
Beat eggs.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Scramble eggs in heavy skillet over medium heat; stir in crumbled sausage.
