Souper Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into cubes
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
5 carrots, cut into 2-inch slices
1 onion, cut into wedges
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drain reserving liquid
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a 3-quart casserole, combine meat, potatoes, carrots, onion, salt, pepper and soup.
Add enough water to reserved bean liquid to equal 1 cup. Add to mixture.
Mix well. Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Stir in beans during the last 30 minutes.
