Dairy Free Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagna noodles
2 (7 oz.) pkg. soft tofu
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 to 12 oz. shredded imitation Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook lasagna noodles as package directs. Do not overcook.
Drain noodles.
