Texas Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. molasses
several dashes hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
2 Tbsp. paprika or chili powder
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in 1 quart saucepan.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.\tMakes 2 cups.
