Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. red pepper strips
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 chicken breast strips
    1 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over high heat.
    Cut chicken into strips. Add to skillet with garlic.
    Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
    Add vegetables.
    Stir-fry another 3 minutes.
    Reduce.
