Pecan Tassies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    pecans
Preparation
    Mix together package cream cheese and stick of butter.
    Add 1 cup flour.
    Mix.
    Chill for one hour.
    Form into 24 (1-inch) balls.
    Press balls into bottom and sides of muffin pans.
    Beat together 1 egg, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
    Pour into muffin cups.
    Top with pecans (whole or cut in pieces).
