Jalapeno Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. small seashell macaroni
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    6 green onions, chopped fine (ends also)
    6 large jalapeno peppers, remove seeds and chop fine
    1/2 c. jalapeno juice
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook shells and drain.
    Rinse in cold water.
    Toss in rest of ingredients and stir well.
    Chill, preferably for 5 days.
    The longer it stays in the refrigerator, the better it gets!
