Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled potatoes, cut into wedges
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, arrange potatoes with seal side down. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
