Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
5 whole chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain.
Arrange in bottom of 3-quart baking dish.
Cook and debone chicken.
Break into chunks on top of broccoli.
Mix undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Top with bread crumbs tossed in melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(Serves 8 to 10 people.)
