Melt-Away Rounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
3 c. sharp Cheddar
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. poppy seed or 2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cream butter until fluffy.
Add cheese, flour, salt and paprika or poppy seed.
Form a dough.
Chill dough for 2 hours.
Shape into small balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with extra poppy seed or paprika.
Bake balls at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Balls should never get browned.
Cool on cookie sheet.
Remove carefully. Store in airtight containers until ready to serve.
Reheat at 400\u00b0 for a few minutes to serve.
Makes easy and tasty appetizers.
