Old Fashion Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Beat eggs all together, then add milk, sugar, flour, butter and nutmeg. Beat well.
Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
