Brandy Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. finely chopped filberts or walnut meats
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 c. brandy
Preparation
    Combine ingredients until smooth and fluffy in an electric mixer.
    Serve with unsalted crackers, rye toast or wedges of unpeeled apples or pears.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
