Pink Cloud Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in drained, crushed pineapple.
    Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
    Mix well.
    Chopped nuts may be added. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
