Thalhimer'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. each cooked, cubed chicken breast and chopped celery
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitute)
1/2 tsp. each salt and white pepper
Preparation

In a large bowl, place chicken, celery, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Stir to blend. Add salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
