Yellow Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and measure.
    Add baking powder and salt and sift 4 times.
    Sift sugar and measure.
    Separate eggs; beat yolks well. Add water to yolks and beat until light.
    Add sugar to eggs and beat until creamy.
    Add flour and beat well again.
    Beat egg whites until frothy; add cream of tartar and beat until stiff, but not dry.
    Fold into batter.
