Pasta With Fresh Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. fresh basil
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Dice
    tomatoes
    (about
    1
    quart).
    Add olives, garlic, salt, red
    and black pepper.
    Add olive oil. Let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Add chilled spaghetti, basil and parsley. Serves 8.
