Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or more large baked potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. cream or evaporated milk
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Slit skins of potatoes.
    Scoop out potatoes into bowl; add margarine and milk.
    Mix, then add remaining ingredients.
    Fill skins with potato mixture.
    Sprinkle on parsley.
    Place in a 400\u00b0 oven until hot.
    Serve.
