Grandma'S Orange Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 orange peel
2 eggs
2/3 c. honey
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; spoon into a mini cupcake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
