Cranberry Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices, undrained
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 sweet red or green pepper, cut into rings
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil in a large skillet; drain pan drippings.
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Set pineapple aside.
    Combine juice, 1/2 cup hot water and next 4 ingredients.
    Pour over pork chops. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Place pineapple slices and pepper rings on top of pork chops; cover and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
    Transfer chops, pineapple and pepper rings to a serving platter, reserving the pan drippings.
