Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or 2 c. fresh
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. oleo (1 stick)
1/3 c. cooked rice (Minute rice)
1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread or 1 1/4 c. grated cheese
1 (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Chop onion and broccoli.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
