Lady Di'S Cheese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips
1 3/4 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. rice, cooked
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, chilies, salt and pepper; mix well.
In buttered casserole dish, layer rice, sour cream mixture and cheese strips.
Top with rice.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese during the last 5 minutes; cook until cheese is melted.
