Blender Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. melted butter or regular margarine
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender (except shell); blend at medium (whip) speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
