Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
6 slices loaf bread, crust removed
Preparation

Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
Brown sausages.
Drain off fat.
Place bread in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, then sausage and then sprinkle with cheese.
Pour egg mixture over bread, sausages and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
