Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 halved chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    salt and pepper
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can sherry wine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Season.
    Layer cheese over chicken.
    Blend soup and sherry and pour over cheese. Toss stuffing with butter and spoon over all.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
    Sauteed fresh mushrooms are a nice addition.
