Chicken Tarragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of paprika
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp. crushed dried tarragon
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients.
    Sprinkle over chicken.
    Brown slowly in butter.
    Remove from pan (use same pan).
    Cook onion until tender.
    (Move onion aside.)
    Add chicken, mushrooms and tarragon.
    Spoon onions over chicken.
    Add water and cover.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
