Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Sift flour with sugar, soda and salt. Beat eggs in mixing bowl until thick and lemon colored. Add drained fruit. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
