Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can (15 oz.) black beans
    1 container fresh mild or hot salsa
Preparation
    Heat black beans.
    Cook rice.
    Place 1/2 can beans on top of hot cooked rice.
    Heat chopped onions and cover with salsa.
    Serve with a large green salad using nonfat dressing.
    Serves 2.
