Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh squash, cooked and drained
    1 carrot, grated
    1 large onion, grated (I cut mine in small pieces and cook in small amount margarine)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix or cracker crumbs (on top)
Preparation
    Grease large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of stuffing mix on bottom.
    Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over stuffing mix in casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over squash.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
