Chocolate Velvet Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
    1 (9-inch) prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
    extra whipped cream for garnish
Preparation
    In a double boiler over hot, not boiling water, melt chocolate morsels.
    Stir until smooth.
    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
    Beat until fluffy and light.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into crust.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
    Garnish with whipped cream.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
