Three Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 or 10-inch double pie shell
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, chopped
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
    1 c. strawberries, sliced
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine three fruits.
    Add sugar and tapioca.
    Toss to coat.
    Add lemon juice and vanilla.
    Let stand 15 minutes, stirring once.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle dash of nutmeg over filling.
    Cover with lattice crust.
    Cover rim of pie shell with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove foil from pie shell and bake 25 minutes longer.
    Cool before serving.
