Quick Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
1 (14 to 16 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (14 to 16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 (14 to 16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (14 to 16 oz.) can chili beans
Preparation

Brown onion in skillet, with a small amount of butter, and hamburger.
Cook until brown; drain.
While hamburger is cooking, open all the canned ingredients and mix in a large pot.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Add cooked hamburger.
