Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can chicken broth plus water to make total volume of 2 c.
    vermicelli noodles
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Using a strainer, rinse and drain 1 cup of rice with water. In large skillet, brown vermicelli noodles.
    Add rinsed rice and heat for a minute, then add the 2 cups of chicken broth/water mixture.
    Bring to boil, then cover and simmer until rice is done (approximately 10 to 15 minutes).
