Cranberry Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. bag of mini marshmallows
    2 c. chopped raw cranberries
    1 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
    1 pint heavy cream whipped with vanilla to taste (may substitute frozen whipped topping)
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix the chopped cranberries, sugar and pineapple together. Let sit for 1/2 hour. Add marshmallows and whipped cream. Mix well and refrigerate before serving. Add 1/2 c. walnuts if desired.
