Deer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground deer
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape into 3 logs.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
