Chicken Salad Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked chicken (cold)
    2 green scallions, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper as desired
    4 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 Tbsp. sweet relish (optional)
    2 Tbsp. Heart Beat mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (or your choice)
Preparation
    Toss and chill.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
