Pistachio Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and water.
Blend to moisten.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
