Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 scant c. sugar
    2 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 cans crushed pineapple (about 3 1/2 c.)
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
    melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add pineapple.
    Add grated cheese. Pour into flat, buttered baking dish.
    Cover top with bread crumbs. Pour a little melted butter or margarine over the top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes until brown on top.
