Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, finely chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 tsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until firm.
