No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken or celery soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. rice
    6 chicken pieces
Preparation
    Mix all soups with rice and 2/3 of dry onion soup in a large bowl.
    Blend thoroughly and pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Place chicken pieces, skin side up, on top of mixture.
    Pour remaining dry onion soup mix over chicken.
    Cover pan, sealing tightly, with aluminum foil.
    Bake in oven for 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
