Christmas Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. Grand Marnier (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Pour milk into saucepan and scald.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat eggs and add sugar gradually.
    Mix well.
    Add milk to egg mixture, a little at a time.
    Add rest of ingredients into large baking dish.
    Set dish into a pan of water and place in middle of oven.
