Miniature Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake tin
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix until smooth.
Fill each cupcake 1/2 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
When cool, top each with cherry pie filling.
