Hungarian Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 1/2 c. chunk tomatoes
    1 lb. kielbasa, cut in 1/3-inch slices
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil.
    Add peppers; saute 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes and meat.
    Cover stew for 15 minutes.
    Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
