Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. croutons
    1 coddled egg (boiled 1 minute)
    3 to 4 anchovy filets, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 large head romaine lettuce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Crush the garlic in a small bowl; add oil and let stand several hours.
