Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 pt. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 lb. fettucini noodles
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet.
Simmer mushrooms and grated lemon rind 10 minutes.
Cook noodles while mushrooms simmer.
Add heavy cream to mushrooms.
Stir and simmer 10 minutes.
Add noodles; toss and sprinkle in Parmesan cheese.
Toss again and serve.
Serves 6.
