Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jacket.
    Cool.
    Shred in greased 13 x 9-inch dish. Mix soup, sour cream, butter, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
