German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
2 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix together coconut and pecans and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
Set aside.
Mix cake mix according to directions on the box.
Pour mixture over the pecan-coconut mixture.
Do not stir!
Set aside.
In the microwave, melt together cream cheese and margarine.
Put on 30 seconds high.
Stir.
Put on 30 seconds on high.
Stir, etc., until creamy, then add powdered sugar.
Pour on top of cake mix.
Do not stir!
Bake cake for 50 to 60 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool and flip onto cake plate.
