Sausage Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 rolls Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. cocktail bread (rye)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and ground chuck until crumbly.
    Melt cheese (in chunks) in microwave.
    Combine meats and cheese.
    Spread on rye cocktail bread and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
