Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mustard as needed
    butter as needed
    cornmeal as needed
Preparation
    Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
    Melt enough butter and prepared mustard to cover fish.
    Dip fish in cornmeal, then brush both sides with butter and mustard mixture.
    Place on foil and bake for about 25 minutes.
    Then turn fish over and bake another 25 minutes or until fish is brown.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
    You can use fillets or pieces.
