Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large sweet potatoes
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Cut peeled potatoes into chunks and boil until very soft. Drain.
    Add margarine and, using mixer, beat until margarine is melted and well blended.
    Add sugars and mix well.
    Add all remaining ingredients except marshmallows and mix by hand.
    Put in ovenproof casserole dish; top with marshmallows and toast in oven.
