Dr. Suess' Green Eggs And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf (whole) wheat bread
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped chives or green onion tops
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    dash of salt
    white pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped ham
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Slice top crust off and carefully hollow out loaf, leaving 3/4-inch thick.
    Brush all with butter.
    Place on cookie sheet in a 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Keep warm.
    Beat eggs frothy.
    Combine in blender the milk, parsley, chives, tarragon, salt and pepper.
    Put green mixture into eggs and mix well.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Get hot and scramble eggs.
    Add ham.
    Spoon eggs into \"croustade.\"
    Sprinkle with chives and parsley.
    Fun and good.
